Quality Standards

Along with ISO certification, state government of Rajasthan has issued us a life member certification, which certifies that  Arihant Stones Jodhpur is a life member of the center of development of stones, Jaipur, India.

Quarrying Stage- Quarrying is the first stage in which sand, gravel, rock or similar other materials get removed from the ground level in order to produce materials, such as  Granite, Sandstone, Marble, Kota Stone Blocks, slate etc. All the offered materials go through number of tests, which ensures their quality. Qualified geologists are appointed on site who supervised the testing for the color variation, pattern similarity.

Surface Treatment- This is the second step in which the surface of the offered materials, like tiles, blocks get treated to make it even better by using an epoxy adhesive.

Polishing- Surfaces of the products, like slabs, blocks or tiles get polished through out in an uniform manner, which enhances overall look of the offered material. There will not be any unnecessary patches or marks of the grinding wheel over the polished surface.

Thickness- Thickness for tiles and slabs are +01 mm in tolerance

Length and Width- +0.5mm in tolerance for tiles and + 3mm in tolerance for slabs. Mentioned specification will not be considered in case of random edges.

Defect free- Under the supervision of our professionals offered products go through multiple tests and number of quality checks which make it free from cracks, edge defects, corner defects etc.

Thermacol Base- Offered products are kept around the Thermacol Base which keeps them safe from scratches.

Polythene Wrapped- After providing a thermacol base to the offered tiles and slabs, these are separately packaged inside the polythene wrappers, which reduce or even avoid the scratching of Tiles or Slabs.

Tiles Carting- Tiles are carefully packed in Separate boxes and carts as per the size of the respective tile. This will keep it safe from any type of breakage and hassle.

Carted Cargo- After complete packaging these products are placed in containers in an organized manner which enable us to carry them from our premises to your destination.
